Invest In the Next Generation of Broadcasting - Sponsor BASH

Updated: Apr 9

Each year on Long Island, the Broadcast Alliance for Senior High (BASH) holds the largest in-person gathering of student broadcasting programs in the Mid-Atlantic region, with up to 1,000 students and teachers attending. They will be hosting it again on May 21st at Hofstra University from 9 AM to 1:15 PM.

In addition to their highly successful Long Island gathering, the organization is expanding their in-person event to Westchester on May 20, 2026 from 9 AM to 11:30 AM, at the Jacob Burns Film Center, 364 Manville Rd, Pleasantville, NY. BASH is looking for a founding sponsor for their Westchester event at a discounted rate from $5,000 to $2,500. All other discounted sponsorship levels can be found here.

BASH is an all volunteer organization, with sponsorship dollars going towards funding new programs in schools, bringing more professional voices into classrooms, subsidizing schools' transportation costs, and much more for young aspiring professional broadcasters. At their annual event, students submit work across broadcast journalism, documentary, sports production, and more.

If you're interested in partnering with BASH to sponsor the Long Island or Westchester events or supporting BASH, email President David Gamberg: david@broadcastalliance.org
