House Energy and Commerce Committee to Hold FCC Oversight Hearing

The House Subcommittee on Communications and Technology of the Energy and Commerce Committee’s will hold an FCC oversight hearing on January 14, 2026, at 10:15 AM.  All three of the FCC Commissioners will appear.

This will be an important hearing, raising a number of key questions including FCC actions with respect to broadcast content and the public interest standard as well as changes to radio and television ownership rules.  There will be a number of other non-broadcast issues raised at the hearing.
