About the Role

$20.19 to $26.44 per hour.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reading comprehension and problem-solving skillsÂ
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency are a must
Be coachable, curious, and solution-oriented
Ability to work and perform successfully in a fast-paced, hybrid (in-person and remote) environmentÂ
Must have strong listening skills, and be empathetic and able to effectively relate to clients
Experience
Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations, and be proficient in finding solutions and diffusing customer service situations
Must have a strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel (or similar software)
Digital/Ad Operations experience a plus
