About the Role
WIVT News Channel 34 in Binghamton, NY and WETM TV 18 in Elmira, NY has an immediate opening for a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to join our sales team in a dual market role. As the station’s digital thought leader and strategic revenue partner, the SAM works with Account Executives to develop innovative marketing solutions, strengthen client relationships, and drive measurable results. Combining consultative sales, digital expertise, and data-driven insights, this role helps clients achieve their business goals while fueling station growth.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of digital advertising, audience targeting, analytics, attribution, and performance marketing.
Proven ability to develop and present strategies that drive revenue and business results.
Strong analytical, sales, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with research, analytics, CRM, and reporting platforms.
Media, broadcast, agency, or digital advertising experience preferred.
Experience
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, media sales, strategic account management, advertising strategy, or consultative selling.
