Requirements
• A natural leader who motivates and empowers teams with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Exceptional follow-through and operational organization, along with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions that propel digital growth.
Experience
• 3+ years of experience in media sales leadership preferred, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Broad expertise in both traditional TV and advanced digital sales strategies.
