About the Role
WPTZ/WNNE, Hearst Television's NBC affiliates serving the Burlington, VT / Plattsburgh, NY market, are seeking a Digital Sales Manager to lead and expand our digital revenue. This is a strategic leadership role for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-evolving, digital-first environment and is passionate about developing teams and driving measurable client outcomes.
$80,000 to $100,000
Requirements
Ability to coach, support, and collaborate with sellers to drive team performance
Experience supporting negotiations and contributing to successful client agreements
Ability to manage priorities, support forecasting, and contribute to revenue growth
Proficiency with WideOrbit, Kantar, and One Domain or WO Media Office
Experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing and cross-platform media, including television and digital solutions
Experience generating revenue through new business development and account growth across multiple platforms
Ability to create persuasive presentations, respond to RFPs, and align solutions to client goals
Knowledge of pricing strategy and inventory management to maximize revenue opportunities
