About the Role
We are offering a Summer Internship Program for our Rochester NY Brands: 98 PXY, 96.5 WCMF, 9.89 The Buzz, and 95.7 The Fan.
10 week summer internship dates June 3rd – August 9th
Interns will be expected to work 3 days a week with up to 20 hours per week
COMPENSATION: $15.00 an hour
Requirements
Internship Eligibility Requirements:
Must be actively enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university degree
Must be a resident of New York State and/or attending school in New York State
Must be a college junior and senior
Must be 18 years or older
Proper authorization needed to be employed within the United States
Must be a first time entrant into the New York State Broadcasters Association internship program
Must be able to work 3 days/up to 20 hours a week (5a-12n or 2p-6p)
College Credit is not required, but can be provided upon request if needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to excel in a team environment, yet resourceful and self-motivated
