About the Role

The Regional Director of Sales will create and drive strategic sales strategy to achieve goals, exceed revenue, and drive performance. Demonstrates proficient knowledge in forecasting and planning to hit targets and meet organizational objectives. Expert knowledge of client base and business product to leverage key opportunities. Possesses exceptional leadership qualities in a team focused environment. The Regional Director of Sales possesses the ability to influence and engage all stakeholders across the organization.

COMPENSATION:

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of Sales Leadership experience required.

  • Demonstrated prior experience successfully leading a team of sales leaders.

  • Expert knowledge on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings across the local, national and digital landscape and how this intersects with our offerings.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and C-Suite level.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of Sales Leadership experience required.
