About the Role
The Maintenance Engineer participates in managing and maintaining all broadcast and technology related equipment within the facility.
Salary - $20.00 to $25.00 hourly
Requirements
Possess superior trouble shooting skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work extended hours as needed may include overnight and weekends
Be initiative-taking, desire to learn new skills consistent with good engineering/IT practices
Experience
2 years previous broadcast engineering experience.
Broadcast equipment repair and maintenance skills required including experience with the repair and maintenance of video cameras, video routers, ingest and playout servers, newscast automation equipment.
