Shell Storrier

Shell Storrier, past Vice President and General Manager of WKTV in Utica, New York (where he worked for many decades), was one of the original founders of the New York State Broadcasters Association and also served as Vice President of the association. He was named "Broadcaster of the Year" in 1992. Shell is still very involved in many charitable organizations in the Utica/Rome market.
