We have an open position in our Advertising Support Operations department for an Inventory Specialist. Responsibilities and Requirements: You will manage inventory, schedule spots and issue preemptiens. You will verify and produce on air logs and ensure that they contain correct program information and commercial content. Must be wiling to lead and effectively direct all advertising duties to maximize inventory and revenue potential. Provide assistance as needed for all processes as it relates to program formats, programming, reports for sales and other groups within established time parameters. Check reports for future broadast logs and communicate inventory availability or programming conflicts to stations You must be computer literate,detail oriented and able to work under pressure. You must also be dependable. Excellent communication skills and organization are essential. Broadcast TV or radio experiences a plus but we will train the right candidate. |
